Traditional Italian Biscotti

I decided to make biscotti simply because I was always curious of the baking process and how it was made. So, I decided to try it for myself, and I am glad I did because it was so much fun to make and way easier than you probably think! I love how I can use this same recipe every time I make it and switch around the mix ins depending on what I am feeling. For these ones I used pistachios, cranberries, and hazelnuts and the flavor turned out so good AND even my mom and dad, who do not usually like biscotti, loved this and have been enjoying it every morning with their coffee. That sounds like a win to me!
